Casa del Sol is a quaint Mexican style, three storey, condominium project located in one of the best locations in all of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The project is located just off the famous Avenida Quinta, on Calle 30. While only steps from some of the best restaurants and most unique bars and lounges, the location is also private and quiet being around the corner from the action. Best of all may be the short four-minute walk to Mamita's Beach, which is widely regarded as Playa's best beach, and certainly the hippest beach club! The people-watching, sunbathing, food and drink, are served on white sand next to calm, warm, Caribbean waters. Every condo in Casa del Sol has a unique, hand carved door, representing the flower for which the unit is named. Our condo, "Campanilla" is located right on the main floor, steps from the pool. There is a security gate at the entrance, which leads to the gorgeous, native marble floor of the open-air lobby area. As you walk into the newly renovated condo, you are greeted by the clean, warm colours and Mexican accents throughout. The condo features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and ensuite bath with shower, and the other with both a queen and a single bed. There are large wooden closets and plenty of storage space. The second bath also has a shower and is across from the guest bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a tiled breakfast bar, gas stove, new fridge, blender, coffee maker and all the dishes and cutlery you need for entertaining your friends and family or just yourself! The living and dining area has an entertainment unit with cable television and DVD player. You can even put your memory stick from your camera into the DVD player and view your vacation photos on the TV before returning home to print them. The condo has central A/C, ceiling fans, a private rear courtyard with tiled terrace and decorative wrought iron security bars, and unique furniture and lighting from the local Playa stores. Campanilla is fully equipped with towels, linens, beach mats, and whatever else we could think of to ensure you have a great holiday in beautiful Playa del Carmen, Mexico!
