Villa Mi Tesoro, (My treasure) is a newly decorated and renovated villa completed in 2006, which is situated within the Playacar complex, on the 13th tee of a championship golf course designed by Robert van Hagge. The property includes a shared tennis court, large pool and a palapa style club house. Only a 3 minute walk will take you through Mayan ruins to the public beach or to the town of Playa Del Carmen and 5th Avenue. The world famous 5th Avenue is home to numerous types of restaurants, nightclubs, open air bars and shopping areas. Within 5 minutes of the villa, just 1 block off 5th Avenue, the ferry to Cozumel leaves continuously all day long for those interested in the fantastic reef diving in the warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Guests are given preferential green fees to golf course (half price) and can also enjoy all inclusive privileges (for a small fee) at the Reef Club Hotel which is a short walking distance from the Villa. On the way to the Reef Club you can stop at the tropical bird aviary which contains a variety of local birds from Mexico and Central America. Villa Mi Tesoro is tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture including leather furniture and boasts original Mexican Artwork from various Mexican Artists. The dining room which includes a bar filled with local Mexican blown glassware and a soul soothing water fountain. Relax on the adjoining tiled patio which includes a beautiful view of the 12th fairway and green of the golf course. The patio includes an outdoor table set for 6 people, 2 lounge chairs and a gas BBQ for preparing snacks or meals. The main floor has newly installed Mexican red tile floor and the kitchen counters have been replaced with top quality Mexican granite. Kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, blender (for Margaritas), toaster oven etc. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room complete with new Whirlpool washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms which are on the second floor, 2 bedrooms are furnished with King Size beds with a choice of high quality feather down quilts. The third bedroom has 2 single, queen length beds with high quality down quilts. Living room has a new 30 inch TV with DVD player and Sky satellite TV system and a stereo sound system. Maid service is provided every second day, fresh bottled water is included, and an American property manager will make sure that you will be left to enjoy your vacation. An optional in-house cook can be arranged for an additional fee. There are several well equipped grocery stores are readily accessible to meet any food and drink requirements. Special tour packages are offered for diving in Cozumel, Mayan ruins and a variety of activities are available for all hours of the day or night. Private transportation from the Cancun Airport can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
